They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back.
