Any time I have been here, always with an appointment except once, the wait was ridiculously long. The building is old, inside looks very outdated, and that's the least of the issues I have with this clinic. Some staff are not trained properly, the equipment isn't the greatest, and did I mention the wait times? Some drs are helpful here but there are a few that have been rude and could not care less about a patient's concerns.

I've been going to Dr. Lopez since I was very young and he is OK. My parents do not like him, he is rude. They are not good at following up on results that you are waiting for. I've had to call each time. However, his son is very nice and there is another woman doctor that is there now but I can't remember her name.

Dr. Lopez is by far the WORST doctor I have ever experienced. He's rude, disrespectful, and abrasive. I went for medication management and a referral to see an OBGYN. Dr. Lopez said that he would perform my annual pap smear and cervical exam, and since I had already waited THREE HOURS, I agreed. He made me wait 30 more minutes naked from the waist down in an "exam room" (i.e., part storage room, part x-ray room). Then, after berating the nurse for not having me undress fully, he held up a paper gown and had me undress behind it. He then ripped the gown to expose my chest (unnecessary and humiliating) to perform the breast exam. The cervical exam and pap smear were unnecessarily painful and rough. Then, to top it off, he refused to write me a prescription for my medicine (which I have been taking for 5 years) until I took a drug test (I've never been asked to take a drug test before for this medication). When my insurance wouldn't cover the cost of an UNNECESSARY drug test, he bumped the price of the drug test down from $300 to $100. Obviously, this guy only has money on his mind.

NEVER, EVER see this doctor! He is HORRIBLE.

The worst patient care and service ever! There is no communication or organization in that office. The doctor himself wasn't bad, he was friendly and attentive but his office and assistants are useless. I have been waiting for over a month to get ordered tests because according to one of the ladies that answered the phone, the office is apparently "too busy with so many patients." I have been have many health concerns and needed an echocardiogram, MRI, and blood work done. Blood work took over two weeks and I kept calling to see the results and no one knew anything. Echo machine was broken when I went so I had to wait another week for that, and I'm still pending MRI because of issues with insurance that the staff needs to fix. It is ridiculous. I wish I hadn't bothered to spend the time and money on this appointment.
