Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

I have moved to Azle and switched to Dr Longergans office I have been in 3 times and have not met him yet he seems to be very busy. The PA's are pretty good. Seems that they have changed and there are new ones. It is like most doctors you wait and get in and they take care of you. I am not sure there are those really caring offices out there anymore. Everyone has to make a living and they all double and triple book and make you feel like your time is a lot less valuable than yours. Not just this office as this one is one of the better ones.

I have gone to Dr. Lonergan many years. In the early years, his staff was more responsive to him and he demanded that appointments were not overbooked. However, with his new team, there appears to be a more "business" orientation, less time with the Dr., more "volume". Still, he is thorough, approachable and knowledgeable. I drive over an hour for my appointments...plan on keeping him.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I do not Like the PCP Jodie she seemed to have her own way but as far as the rest of the staff LOVE THEM.
