The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
