Everything was pleasant in this office until the billing came. I called to ask the front desk to handle a simple task, but was treated with sarcasm. When I called the next day to follow up, a woman answered and lied directly to me repeatedly. I will not discuss details, but in the end, she hung up on me after admitting to her lie. I was not allowed to speak to the doctor to exchange details and even threatened if I went to the office to handle the disagreement in person. I've worked in the medical industry for over thirty years, with multiple degrees and registrys in medicine. I've even taught at colleges. I have never been involved or witnessed such disrepect and disregard. I am severely disappointed and will not go back. I suggest you do the same.
