They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Their office was nice and quiet. They are always too busy and it is hard to get an appointment. My job doesn't allow me to take off work for routine dr. appts. so when I make one, I need for it to not be canceled because the doctor has another event he needs to attend to. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate.
