They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I have been coming here since 1994 and they never give up if they don't have an answer for me they work for a resolution. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and always made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They have really great patient/customer service here. They always put you first, regardless of the situation.

Their equipment seemed very advanced. I felt like they really had the most current technology. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
