The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Potter was professional and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered fully and Dr Potter takes the time with you without rushing the visit. I had successful facet injections to my neck and am still mostly pain free more than 2 years later. They are the best!!!!!!

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Dr. Ryan saw me when I was in crisis and much pain. He and his staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable while I waited.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One thing I noticed about their office was how clean it smelled. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time no one wore those strong perfumes. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Dr Potter is knowledgeable and caring, and very good at what he does.
