The wait time was excessive. I was in the waiting room for over an hour. In a polite manner, I told the nurse I thought the wait time was excessive. The doctor came in and apologized, sort of. He then proceeded to examine my son who, a year ago needed extensive surgery. The doctor, this time, did not do a full exam but declared my son was okay and there was no problem. However, my son still has a big problem breathing. I will have to visit another ENT. I am not sure if I was "moved along" because of my complaint.
