I used to go to this doctor when I was little, and so did my brother before me. She seems very serious and can be intimidating to a kid, but she's actually very kind and helpful. My mom said Dr. Kassis would give her medicine samples when she couldn't afford full treatments. Dr. Kassis is very smart and cares about her patients. Hopefully her accent has improved from when I knew her.

My children have been going here for years. Love the staff and Dr. Kassees is very good at checking on the kids if they are very ill. Recently, we went to the ER and she called hospital to see how things were going. She has even called us on a Saturday. She is quiet and too the point but she never does makes a snap decision without careful checkup.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate.
