Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. This is an exceptionally well run office. Dr. Laug is an excellent doctor....one of the best in his field. Great for a first time parent.
