I found Colleen Friddells office to be inviting and efficient. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Dr. Friddell is a no nonsense doctor and was able to keep our family (my husband, daughter and myself) on track without chasing too many rabbits. She was focused, and eager to hear my daughter's (11years old) perception of things. She stayed on task, but had a good sense of humor and joked around with us. Her demeanor was a little stiff at first, but her smile was inviting and made us feel comfortable immediately. We've only had one visit, so not sure how well the mess she prescribed for my daughter will work, but she was thorough in her explanation regarding what she wanted to try and why. Great experience overall!

Dr. Friddell listens well and respectfully diagnoses and treats the problems of her patients. She does not overmedicate and has helped me and my daughter deal with our attention problems.

Not at all. They ignored my questions

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
