Whenever I make an appointment, I'm not at all confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Their office was quite, about the average. I was able to relax well enough, but I couldn't understand why they never turned the television on especially when you have to wait forever to be called. There was lots of available parking at their office. I did not have to drive around to look for parking. I was left in the appointment room by myself for a while, after I finally got in there. But the wait in the appointment room was not bad at all, it's getting from the lobby to the appointment room that take forever. And the doctor was nice enough, though you get the opinion that he's not really listening, or he's got too much going on at the moment. There were a lot of patients in the lobby. But there are two doctors there, maybe the other is much better.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

There was lots of available parking at their office. I will recommend them to people I know. I got an appointment quickly. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. A few seemed like they could care less.
Cost was an issue- seems everything cost so much.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

A few, but not too many
