I can say a lot of good things about her. She delivered 3 of my 4 children. If I would have had her my first baby she would have delivered her as well. She was always very kind and concerned. Always entered my room with a smile. She always made me feel comfortable and talked to me and listened. Was wonderful in the delivery room all 3 times and post pregnancy appointments. I highly recommend her. I’m hoping she’s still in Johnson city when my daughters have children.

Unfortunately, Dr. Pickler delivered my baby. It was the worst experience of my life. She was impatient, and more worried about going home to take her dogs out than about my labor. She yelled at me, did not explain the situation, and told me she could only assume certain things. She refused to entertain any delivery options besides a c-section if the baby didn't come out within 30 minutes after reaching a dilation of 10 and being fully effaced. She didn't care to wait as I wanted and insisted on delivering me by c-section. Prior to the delivery, at my checkups she miscalculated my dilation when the three previous doctors all gave me the same number. She insisted on setting up a time for a c-section until I told her to check again. She finally did and agreed the other three doctors were right. If I had followed her advice she would have delivered my baby a week and a half early. She has terrible bedside manners and made this delivery a nightmare. If you care about your baby, PLEASE do not have her deliver you.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
