They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the neurologist.
