They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were so welcoming and friendly during my appointment and really made me feel at home.
