Dr. Crosby is a wonderful doctor. However his office staff is a different story. They will not return calls. I saw Dr. Crosby and was supposed to be called and have a referral scheduled.It has been 7 days and his office has not called me. I have left numerous messages for a Debbie. The msgs. are apparently ignored. I like Dr. Crosby very much. His receptionist is very rude. Debbie will not return calls.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. I have had chronic back problems and 4surgeries, yet every time I return Dr Crosby takes my complaints seriously and investigates the problem. He doesn't pressure you into anything; just presents the options in an educated manner. He also explains the risks and possible outcomes. I have complete faith in him as a surgeon.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
