They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
