I liked Dr. Scheib and his staff but every time I would go to check out they would MAKE me make an appointment on a day I KNEW I couldnt be there. If Dr. Scheib wanted me to come back in three months, they made it for THREE MONTHS EXACTLY! I would say, "Im sorry. I cant come on that day". They would tell me that they were instructed to make it exactly when the doctor wanted to see me and that I would have to call back and reschedule. So, I had to actually reschedule twice and I got a call this morning that said I would not be able to reschedule at all and that he was no longer going to see me because I have rescheduled too many times. I honestly couldnt believe it. These were NOT no-shows. I have private insurance and have always followed instructions and been a very compliant patient other than having to reschedule. These were NOT no-shows! I liked him a LOT as a doctor but didnt agree with his scheduling preferences. I did suggest that they change their way of scheduling so that hopefully this wont happen to someone else.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
