They are the most respectful, courteous doctor I've ever been to. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was a little frustrated with how long they made me wait in the waiting room. I waited in there over an hour. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I never experienced any pain during my appointment. They were always very careful and professional.
