I am extrenmely disappointed with this office. Dr. Warren was nice enough, but the "bedside manner" of the staff and disclosure of costs leaves much to be desired. I was quoted $620 to have a procedure done, which seemed reasonable enough. Payment was requested in advance, so I had to put together funds. So far so good. A couple of days after paying, but before the procedure, I get a phone call from the surgery center informing me of an aditional $826 charge for the facility. This may or may not be reasonable, but it seems to me that the doctor's staff should've mentioned that other charges loomed. To add insult to injury, when I called his office to discuss this situation the person on the other end of the phone was quite contrary and defensive. I strongly suggest that anyone considering this office shops around in order to receive care and understanding as opposed to policy statements.
