Doc Doug is not detailed in reporting medical needs of MRI My MRI was denied because of it. He doesn't take notes...he doesn't remember the dates of stuff etc. Good thing I have improved...but he even said he wouldn't fight insurance company..well had he sent a proper report there would be no need for that. There is a peer to peer number he could call too. anyways..I will be fine, but he needs to improve his practice for the future. He is a Nice Man, and this is only being constructive, and I am a Nice person...I deserve to be respected when I come in to explain all about my leg.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I wasn't too impressed with their friendliness here. They were kind of friendly, but they definitely have room to improve. The nurses, especially the younger one are extremely rude and if they didn't want to help people they shouldn't be nurses. Dr. Holford is an excellent surgeon and doctor but the others in the practice don't impress me. But Dr Holford is worth putting up with the hassle.
