When calling after hours, this doctor was on call (my doctor), he called my fiance and was extremely rude to the point of talking over him and hanging up on him within less than two minutes on the phone. After this, I called back in to have another page sent to the doctor to call my phone number instead and he didn't take the time to contact me back, even having the knowledge I was vomiting blood. I would not recommend this doctor to care for my DOG! Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
