Very friendly and take their time when you are in the room with the doctor and/or nurse. They pay close attention to your needs, and offer detailed and helpful solutions! They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Other than that, they are very friendly and courteous, and we will continue to make appointments here!
