As a Physican, I feel that Dr. Powell is professional, kind and compassionate toward her patients. She was also the Physican to my elderly parents and they loved her and she treated them with the utmost respect and compassion. I have to agree that since she and her husband sold their practice to Einstein, the office staff leaves much to be desired of, but in all fairness to the Drs., they have to take who Einstein sends them. If you have complaints about the office staff, contact Einstein's HR Dept. I, personally love Dr. Roberta Powell.

My mother had been going to Dr. Powells office for many year I would say 10 or more years. She always wanted to go to Dr. Powells even when we moved from the neighborhood. Over the years my mother health started to fail and I had to take my mother to her office because she was no longer capable. I have always felt like her staff were rude and uncaring but tried everything possible not to give them that attitude back. When my mother passed away in August Dr. Powell signed her death certificate and never a condolences card nothing! I know I'm in my feelings right now but one would think that after years of loyalty at least there office would do so and offer their condolences? Just confirmed to me that they never ever gave a dam! Very unprofessional office

Overall very unprofessional staff. They never answer the phone or return calls and always seem to be at lunch or too busy to answer questions. I think the doctors are very capable but the staff and overall behavior of the business is unprofessional.
