Ongoing treatment for advanced glenohumeral osteoarthosis, and resulting shoulder pain.

Entire office is outstanding.

From reception, to Dr. Hersch and his two assistants, to check-out. Sorry, don't know the professional titles of the assistants, but they are top notch.

It's quickly evident that the entire team is very busy, but I was in no way rushed. All staff make it clear that they have time for you, and especially time to address any questions, treatment options, etc.

Highest recommendation.

Came to Dr. Hersch because I struggled with knee problems for years didn't know what route to take until a friend recommended him to me . Dr Hersch suggested getting PRP injection in which I did and when I tell you that was the best thing that ever happened to my knee Dr Hersch is a miracle worker. Thanks to Dr. Hersch i feel young again.

He was always very personable and explained everything well. Surgery and post-op care went extremely well with excellent results. He under promised and over delivered on the results. I am quite pleased with all aspects of care.

Dr Hersch and his staff consistently combine excellent quality care with an informal air that helps patients feel at ease and makes you feel confident that they really care about your health. Roxy, "T", and Heather are great people to be around and make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the door. More medical offices need to take a page from their "playbook" on patient care and customer service. Dr Hersch takes as much time as necessary and thoroughly explains all options of your care

Their staff may very well be the most friendly and welcoming staff that I've ever dealt with. They were helpful, professional, and answered every question that was asked of them. I feel that both the doctor and staff put in the extra effort to make patients feel valued and important. l would feel extremely confident in recommending Dr. Hersch to anyone needing surgery.
