Dr. Mansmann misdiagnosed my knee issue and prescribed physical therapy before an MRI. Moving on my knee was causing so much pain I was walking with a cane by the time I went to him. I found Dr. Benner at West Chester and got an MRI done. It was inconclusive but showed fluid. He did arthroscopic surgery, found the issue and fixed it. I can walk again! Had I followed Dr. Mansmann advice I would be in a worse situation. He dismisses clients and does not listen. He gave me dangerous advice. I would recommend avoiding him. Premiere Chester County Orthopaedic Associates (CCOA) is much better

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
