Rude, is not open to questions he will snap back at you with an answer in a way that makes you feel incompetent. Does not seem to have much sympathy for the patient.

Seemed like he did not look over my history and made decisions based on protocol rather than actually looking at history and situation. As a nurse practitioner myself, I felt like he belittled my concerns and would not listen to me. The other providers in the office have been great, but I will be requesting to not see him again.

My visit at Dr. Jansen's office was much less than optimal. Going to a gynecologist for an exam is never fun but I found this doctor to be impatient and rude. First, the wait time in his office was almost an hour. Not until I almost walked out did he come into the exam room where I was waiting so long. After that he did the exam but he wasn't nice about it. I asked him questions and he snapped the answers out like he resented me asking questions about my own health. I found the whole experience awful and would not recommend this doctor. He is old and needs to retire!
