This office is wonderful however I have one complaint and it is a habitual occurance. When calling the office you may receive the message that states the office is closed typically from 12 - 12:30 for lunch and if the call is a non emergency call such as scheduling an appointment you are to call back during normal business hours. I have done that numerous times at 1:00 and sometime even a little later and still get the same message. It is frustrating. If lunch is typically extended beyond the stated 12:30 time period then the recording should be adjusted.
