Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. .

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
