They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I will with no question recommend them to everyone I know in need of an internist. I was so pleased with their high quality of care. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
