I feel as if my issues never got the attention they needed. The dr obviously feels that modern medicine is always the last resort. I recently started going to my wife's dr and in the short time I've been with him he's got my issues all under control. One of the main reasons for that is my new dr did a very thorough physical witch included a a EKG on our first meeting. I no longer have to suffer with painful back spasms and high blood pressure thanks to my new dr's methods. Sorry but Ice and anti inflammatory's is not the way to fix chronic back pain and severe spasms. even the staff at the ER told me to find a new dr. I'm just glad I finally listened to everyone who watched me suffer under freidricks care.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I often ask many questions (I have to bring a list), but they made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate, where State Road and Township Line (route 1) converge. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Also, there is ample parking, and a grocery store within walking distance in the next parking lot where I can pick up some items before heading home for the evening.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
