I've been going to North East Family Practice for about 11 years I love both the doctors but most recently their office staff in front for scheduling are not helpful would rather see you go to the ER then get in for an appointment in past years they would see what works for me and they would squeeze me in wherever they could now all they do is tell you what's good for them without asking you what you even need to be seen for to know if they could squeeze you in

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.
