not a great program; you lose weight, but then gain it right back; no teaching of how to eat; basically an all protein diet; if you can stick to it, you will lose weight, the minute you go off it, it all comes right back on

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around
