Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I'm sure if I was on obamacare they would have been more accommodating....horrible people are sheep attitude
