The waiting room is comfortable and clean, and decorated for various holidays. The furniture is of good quality and magazines are current. Every one is extremely and genuinely friendly, and make sure I do not have to wait to check in or out. It is a large practice and not everyone will remember my name, but do remember who I am. All of my calls are taken seriously and I receive answers or action in a very timely manner. Twice, they have seen me immediately in an emergency situation.

Dr. Messmer listens to me and is very understanding of my problems. He does remember me and explains all issues in a detailed and easy-to-understand way.
