They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
