I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

YOUR office personal sucks. Prescription errors are constant, You cut people off their meds without even meeting them, your P.A. suck, they are rude and not very helpful.

The staff there is very RUDE !!! I called to make an appointment and they said they had none available for a few days and they AGAIN were not having walk ins, like they say they do, I told her i was having trouble breathing and preferred not to wait and she sighed like i was a problem !!! This is the 3rd time I have needed to call the Dr. or try to go for a walk in in the a.m. to see him because i was sick, and all 3 times i have had to go to an emergency care center because they were not available. I guess it is time for a new Doctor !!!

Want to feel like you are the only patient they are seeing today? Want to feel like nothing else matters but you when you are at the doctor? Want that old fashioned family doctor with a new age philosophy? Personal attention and caring expert medical treatment. I feel fortunate to have found this practice close to home.
