I find Doctor Bulger to be a very caring, patient-oriented physician. He listens to what his patients have to tell him and advises them well. He respects the fact that the patient that is the one that must "live" with all the decisions reached under his care and give careful consideration to this matter.
I am most please to have him as my physician.
