Office operation is just terrible. I understand they recently changed into a new system, but the staffs are so RUDE, and are not professional. They makes mistakes on my prescription order, and not willing to fix the problem. Not going back to this office. NEVER!!

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
