I have been going to Dr. Phalen for seventeen years. Most of his office staff has been with him for as long. If you are looking for a doc who wears a starched white doctor coat with his name on it, he is not the doctor for you. He wears jeans and a shirt or sweater and sneakers. There is never a problem getting an appointment in an emergency situation or for a yearly check-up. His staff is always friendly and professional. The office is very nice with many nature photographs on the wall that Dr. Phalen has taken. Dr. Phalen is one of the few doctors who actually sits and listens to you about your medical concerns. If the diagnosis is not something that can be treated by him, his office will make an appointment for you with the appropriate facility. Dr. Phelan does not give you medication that you do not need! I am 66 years old and and I feel very secure with the medical care I receive.
