A great experience. Nice office staff. Good diagnosis where other doctors missed it. My relatives now go also and they agree with me! The office manager really knew how to help with my insurance! Doctor Wasserman won awards including recent Pennsylvania Dermatologist of the year award. This makes me feel real confident in addition to the good care I have received.

Mole Removed healed Beautiful. First time I ever saw him. My grandmother recomended him to me. She told me he won dermatologist of the year award for the whole state of Pennsylvania. She said she goes there all the time. I made the appointment with a very nice woman on the phone who reminded me to bring all my previous medicines with me. They confirmed me twice which was great because I sometimes forget appointments. He was friendly and spent a good amount of time with me for my visit. The rash I had went away fast with the prescription. He gave me a coupon for the medicine which saved me a lot of money. He also took an itchy mole off me which healed so beautiful, I can't find the spot 2 months later. They are very strict about not no showing for appointments and told me if people no show they are asked to go to another doctor. I think this is fine because they call you to remind you. I sent my girlfriend there now who said she also likes the doctor.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I sent my friends.
