After reading these reviews, my experience makes perfect sense - it clearly is not just me!
The staff is the worst and the doc is not far behind.
Wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend to an enemy.

Many of you don't know what I am talking about but from being a doctor he became a "politician" doctor.......more expensive with less service.

Many dinners and diplomas and pats on the back, he should never let others do his job with his clients.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

If you make an appointment, make sure it's with the Dr., not the Dr.'s Assistant. I forgot that little question until my forms arrived and I found out my appointment was not with Dr. Fear, but an assistant. I canceled the appointment. Am see a Dr. in Calif.

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
