The office was depressing. The staff was distracted. There was a waiting room full of people to see one doctor. The selection of glasses was poor. I canceled my appointment, and the appointments for my other family members, and left before ever seeing the doctor.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Appointments always ran late, but that is because Dr. Noland never, ever rushes through an appointment.
