Not at all. They encouraged second opinions

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They've never used foul language. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

However, she did comment on the fact that I was a new mother who was returning to work and said I should stay home if I could and that it's the best for my child. All this while I was dealing with postpartum depression. I pay her for her professional oppinion about the health of my child, not her personal oppinion about raising children. Everyone would love to be able to stay home with their children, but in this day and especially this economy, it's near impossible. We never went back to her again.
