They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Great courteous staff. Knowledgeable.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I am going to refer everyone I know here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure they had the information to hand me. My husband's pre surgical visit was more pleasant than what I was expecting.
