They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Doctor Rubinstein and his support staff was very professional, and was very interactive with the patient. I felt 100% comfortable, felt they were expert at diagnostic skills, knew they did multiple test to confirm their findings. I loved the fact that they are very exacting, shared their assessment, conferenced with his partner Dr. Oshea for his opinion. Explainations were detailed, reviewed every detailed. Felt very secured with the findings and surgery went exactly as he prepared me for. Postoperatively, Dr. Rubinstein was just as attentive and encouraging during recovery. He came highly recommended to us from other nurses that works in Providence and knows his skills. Thank you.
