Since I had to take off work for half day, for appointment at 1:30pm yesterday 03/29/2017..and at 3:30pm still had not seen the doctor . I think it only fair that I bill the Texoma Regional Eye Institute for my time..At my rate of pay including all benefits that were lost and my employers loss of me not being there and for someone else to do my job a fair value of $180.00 per hour at (including driving time ) total of 4 hrs 4x180.00= $720.00..cash or check ..that is not including pain , suffering and loss of temper (pain from setting in those chairs for 3 hours that they brought from Lucifer's used furniture).let's call it even at $1000.00, OH how I wished there was a rating lower than POOR< POOR don't even touch it

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Dr. Croft is a very personable doctor. He made sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Both of my cataract surgeries went well and my recovery was great. His staff is very friendly and professional. They were kind and attentive to me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
