I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
