They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and IGNORE them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They had a few different appointment times available but none were in the near future. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
